Course Description:

The first three days of the five-day Instructor Course will equip your personnel with the necessary skills to become an informative and effective instructor. The final two days will consist of a practical exercise and the discipline-specific training they need to be certified to teach one of the following APCO classes: Public Safety Telecommunicator-I: Communications Training Officer-I; Emergency Medical Dispatch-I; Fire Service Communications-I; and Law Enforcement Communciations-I.
